We are entering a whole new way of selling your music as well as increasing the artists exposure over the internet. Believe it or not there are hundreds of independent artists who are on the battlefield. Many independents don't really understand the business. You may have a number one project but if it's not packaged right, if you don't have certain things in place you will never make it. It takes more than having a CD there is much more that is required and the biggest problem Independents have is No Money To promote and advertise... Many artists live on the money they make selling their CDs at events but that doen't get them on the charts... There is a process. We are here to help the artists fulfil their dream...

Independent Gospel Artists

We are pleased to introduce our online distribution service to all Independent Gospel and Christian artists who are interested in selling there music online through a unique service that is committed and dedicated to all categories of Gospel and Christian Music. We offer a one time minimal set up fee of $35.00 offering the market standard 2 minute sound clips and a personal webpage which can be linked to the artists website. Our current categories feature Contemporary, Christian Contemporary, Traditional, Gospel Rap, Gospel Jazz, Gospel Hip Hop, Praise and Worship, Quartet and Traditional. There is a lot of good music and many of the Independent Gospel Artists find it hard to get air play on conventional radio because the major labels have most of the conventional stations sowed up. But we take it one step further we have a network of Internet Radio Stations that we have partnered with that play the artists featured on the Gospel Swap. We also have a magazine that offers the artists featured on the Gospel Swap a discount which will give the artists offline promotions as well.

We are looking forward to this year as we are building a strong network to help the Independent artists who have a message in their music. It is our desire to offer the artists featured on the Gospel Swap the opportunity to expose and sale their music to a global market. Many artists talk global and reaching people all over the world but because they have limited money to invest in advertisement and promotions, the Internet is there best option to reach more people as long as people are able to purchase their music online...

The Internet is for the old school artists to think new school especially when they can sale individual tracks for .99. This is new for a lot of the artists that are currently available on the Gospel Swap they don't understand the power of the Internet because most are intimidated by their lack of knowledge when it comes to the internet... Even though we have organizations like the GMWA and The Gospel Announcers Guild there is still a limit as to how they can help the artists. Even when it comes to the National Gospel Announcers Guild they are limited because most of the announcers are brokers who are on the radio 1 hour per week so it's hard to get into heavy rotation where an Independent Artists needs air play 3 or 5 times a day.

The Gospel Announcers can play what ever and who ever they want which is good but in order to really make it the artists is looking for at least 5 spins a day... The problem with an artists getting that many spins a day creates another problem when it comes to being able to go to a local store outside of the Independents home base to purchase the product because most Independent artists don't have distribution... But we are here to change all of that we are here to provide the artists with the ablility to reach people all over the world and there music can be downloaded and they still get paid...
